ITS provides a customized fulfillment service, we work closely with our customers to develop a deployment strategy which best suits their needs.

ITS Equipment Flow

• Receive Equipment
• Sort equipment by product
• Scan serialized equipment into internal inventory system
• We will provide a quantity account on all non serialized equipment.
• Equipment is transferred to cleaning department.
• Equipment is transferred to repair center.
• Equipment is tested to determine level of refurb / repair required.
• Once refurb / repair is complete a thorough quality control check is performed.
• Equipment is packaged according to customer requirements.
• Equipment is shipped out per customer instruction.
• Equipment that is not immediately deployed back to the customer / merchant can be stored in one designated warehouse areas
